Brief introduction
The design of on-line real-time monitoring device for lubricating oil water content adopts the scheme of single-point acquisition/single-point transmission/centralized display control, so that each oil source can be monitored to give an alarm when the water content of the oil tank exceeds the limit in a single monitoring unit, and 485 communication of the single monitoring device is transmitted to the upper computer to realize the functions of multi-point decentralized monitoring, remote and centralized control. Oil leakage monitoring uses a leakage sensor to carry out real-time on-line monitoring on the monitoring area, and when leakage occurs, the monitoring room sends out alarm information.

Leak sensor
The leakage sensor is installed on the ground to be monitored through a fixed valve block. When oil or water leaks to the ground, the sensor sends out alarm information.
Leakage sensor shall be installed on the ground with flange.
System scheme
The system adopts Modbus serial bus communication mode, and realizes communication of three moisture sensors and leakage sensors of three oil sources through one bus. The sensors are installed on the oil source site, the PLC controller is placed in the oil source room, the monitoring screen is installed in the monitoring center, and the alarm lamp is installed in the monitoring center to realize light alarm. Shielded cables are used between the monitoring center and the oil source room for data transmission and alarm control.
The monitoring screen adopts a PLC integrated machine, and the chassis integrates the display screen, the power supply module, the relay module and the alarm, and is placed in the monitoring center.
