Product Overview

The JCQM2200 Multi-Parameter Oil Moisture Sensor is designed for real-time, online monitoring of moisture contamination levels in lubricating oils. Through continuous monitoring of oil condition, it enhances condition-based maintenance efficiency, optimizes oil change intervals, and reduces reliance on offline analysis.

The JCQM2200 integrates micro-moisture monitoring technology to detect trace moisture and water activity in oil, while also monitoring dissolved water and free water. This provides insights into the oil’s health status, and leverages Jiecheng IoT’s years of experience in online oil monitoring to analyze the oil health index. It evaluates the depletion of lubricant additives, monitors the degree of oil aging, and assesses the contamination status of the oil.

The JCQM2200 helps users improve the health management of equipment assets, supports maintenance decisions based on real-time monitoring results, and prevents abnormal wear and corrosion of equipment caused by moisture contamination in the oil.
